Baljean is a charming, eighteenth century cottage, enjoying an enviable position overlooking Port Erin Bay and its lovely sandy beach.

It is one of the oldest cottages in Port Erin and has been renovated and modernised to the highest standards, over recent years, for use as a truly memorable holiday home. Whether it’s a summer visit to enjoy all that goes on on the Isle of Man or a cosy winter break, Baljean is a comfortable retreat at any time of the year.

Baljean sleeps up to three people in two bedrooms, one double with kingsize bed, and one good sized single room. Both bedrooms are en-suite to the modern bathroom.

The living room has a magnificent Manx Chiollagh stone fireplace with wood burning stove, comfortable seating and a dining area in the bay window which overlooks the bay and Bradda Head.

There is a modern fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washer/dryer is tucked away.

You can sit and relax outside at the end of the day, enjoying a glass and watching the sun go down over the bay.

An excellent base for enjoying the beauty and all that goes on in the Isle of Man or for just relaxing and soaking up the views!
